" LOVE" are energies channeled directly by Damián Alvarez. They mean "Perfection in Love" and include the healing energies of each of the Virtues of the Heart.

When I was a child, I was taught how to conjugate the verb "to love" in school as an example of a verb everyone used and a verb whose meaning everyone should know. I love, you love, he loves, we love...

No one ever explained the meaning of the verb "to love" to me, and even less did they teach me how to love. Perhaps my parents, my teachers, my church didn't know what love was or what love was. After many attempts in my life to explain to other people that we DO NOT know how to live with love, that we DO NOT know how to love, that we do not even know what love is, and failing greatly, creating a real School of Love, perhaps the first in the world, is my project, where we all learn to truly love.

Many people have gotten angry with me when I've told them they don't know how to love, because they believed that love was innate in every human being and that loving shouldn't be learned, but rather that we are all born having learned it. In truth, that's how it should be. When we are born, we are very close to ourselves, to God, to love, and to loving, but, over time, first our parents, and then the religious, educational, social, and even economic systems, teach us to live without love; they teach us to live in fear.

Life is a School of Love. He who does not Love fails.

A selfish education based on "me first and last." A materialistic education that elevates consumerism by comparing it to the value of the human being, and if you can't consume, you're nobody, you're not someone. An education based on worries, insecurities, doubts, needs, profit, and self-interest—in other words, an education based on fear—separates us from ourselves, from God, and from love and loving.

It's really no one's fault. In schools, colleges, universities, or families, we are not taught to love. If you don't know how to love, you don't love, or how would you? It's also true that we do know how to love, but the flawed education we've been subjected to has buried that love so deeply beneath so many years of fear that it will be very difficult, and at few moments in life, for it to emerge to the surface of the human heart and express itself.

We live believing we love because we believe what we've been taught is love, but we've been deceived  , and we continue to be deceived daily: "He who buys the most Christmas presents doesn't love his child more," "He who buys the most valuable piece of jewelry doesn't love his partner more." He who shares the money he earns with the parents of children in need loves. He who helps a stranger find a job so he can support his wife loves.

Let us take advantage of our earthly life. Let us be intelligent: Let us love.

Loving family members is supposed to be normal, but we're a global family; we're all one. All of humanity is one family, and it should be.

Class struggles, power struggles, the pursuit of money, and ephemeral materialism leave no room for love, for loving anyone, or for loving God.

The system doesn't make it easy either by fostering maternal love, fraternal love, and love between couples, creating groups that don't love humanity but instead live locked in a lie, while the rest of the world falls apart because we destroyed it.

Sex as a couple isn't love. Love is love, and sex is sex. Don't be afraid of a hug, and don't confuse it with sex, because that's just fear. Have you never been hugged, never been told "I love you," and that's why you seek that hug and that "I love you" in the arms of a sexual relationship? I feel sorry for you, but  you have the right to be loved simply because you exist, and not by just a few, or just one, but by all members of the human race.

The Great Era of Love has already begun

We have realized that the only dignified way to live is to water creation with the spring of love that flows from our inner divine essence, so that human relationships may grow strong and healthy.

In all its aspects, in all its forms, love is the only way, love is the only alternative, simply because there is no better alternative to love, there is no better alternative to Peace, Health and Happiness.

Solar Plexus Heartbeats Happen in Times of Insecurity

Question from CD Lleida, Spain:

Hello Damian,

I've been experiencing unusual things for a couple of years now.  I've spoken to people who understand these things, and although they've helped me  , I haven't really found anyone who can help me solve them.

I hope I'm close now, because I recently discovered that a lot of what  happens to me is related to the solar plexus, and so, searching the web, I came across  your book on the solar plexus. I have the symptoms of blurred vision, back pain  and contractures in the middle part, insecurity, fear, lack of concentration, tiredness,  sun spots... I also experience as if my third chakra has gone  crazy, suddenly it starts pulsing rapidly, it's as if I had a heart in the pit of my  stomach, especially in the mornings, when I wake up I realize

that it's going full throttle, other times I experience that feeling of emptiness that you describe in  the book, and finally the strangest thing, some energetic manifestations occur in the  attic of my house, fortunately it has softened a lot, but it's as  if an astral portal that is linked to me had opened, and it's as if my "explosions" when I'm not in balance were going to stop there, I do nothing but clean  with different techniques...

I'm doing massages with rosemary and lemon, and I'm practicing some breathing exercises, and they're helping, but I'm not solving the problem. I don't know, maybe I haven't been doing it for long... This feeling of being out of control and unwell bothers me a lot, and also the fact that my imbalance could be affecting the people around me.

I am a Reiki master, although I don't practice therapy on anyone. I have always treated myself and also practice other healing techniques.  

Can you explain what's happening to me? Can you help me find balance and control over what's happening to me?

Feeling bad is becoming aware that we need Healing

Hello C.,

First of all, thank you for purchasing the book "The Solar Plexus, the Sun of Your Life."

I can tell you that yes, there are some very good techniques in this post, but it's all about consistency and perseverance. You won't be able to heal your Solar Plexus in two days, far from it. Keep in mind that we have blockages in the Solar Plexus (traumas, negative energies, etc.) from the day we were born. I often say, "It takes a lifetime to heal a lifetime."

The important thing is that you don't get worse, but rather that you improve, albeit slowly and progressively. Keep in mind that you don't only need to heal your Solar Plexus from the blockages it has, but also from the blockages, energies from other people, negative energies, etc. that you absorb daily. Your Solar Plexus is bombarded daily by the energies of the Solar Plexuses of the human beings with whom you interact.

I usually recommend that my students practice retreat at least one day a week, that is, go out to the countryside or the beach (nature) and disconnect from all human beings, whether through thought, through mobile phones, etc. This way their Major Chakra System can rest and become stronger, recover.

Whoever Controls His Solar Plexus Controls the Universe

Keep in mind that most people have a fairly blocked and unbalanced Solar Plexus, and once your own is a little better, you'll automatically and unconsciously begin to unblock and balance their Solar Plexuses. It's just a "law of life"; it just happens, it can't be avoided, hence the importance of protection and maintenance.

Most people I know tend to let their guard down when they feel well: a huge mistake. I recommend that you always protect yourself, and that healing not only be applied when you feel bad but also when you feel well, so you'll work preventively. I often tell my students, "Give yourself healing when you need it, but when you don't need it, give yourself even more healing, and that way you'll get stronger." When we feel well, we tend to forget how we were when we were feeling bad, and we tend to let ourselves down energetically.

So, there are many factors when it comes to achieving a healthy and strong Solar Plexus: One would be energetic cleansing, another energetic charging, and the third protection.

Don't worry about how your energies might affect others, since you're supposed to be better off than them. At least you treat and try to heal yourself, but the vast majority don't, so it follows by pure logic that they're worse off than you. Furthermore, your concern, although unfounded, reveals that you're a good person, that is, a potential Healer.

The Third Eye and Mental Body are related to the Solar Plexus

I don't know of any cases where an unbalanced Solar Plexus creates "astral doors," but it is true that the strong negative energies you channel through your unbalanced chakras can charge the environment with accumulations of negative energy so strong that they can affect other beings, devices, and the environment in general in a tremendously destructive way.

Also when your mental body and Third Eye are affected (due to a direct relationship with the Solar Plexus), you can have experiences that we will call paranormal, although they disappear when you are balanced and healed.

It's all well and good to energetically cleanse the atmosphere, but keep in mind that there are other energies at play besides your own—I'm referring to witchcraft, negative spiritual beings, jealousy, envy, etc.

Having your heart pounding in your Solar Plexus chakra means you have strong, deep-rooted blockages. These are usually long-standing ones, accompanied by a lot of insecurity and  nervousness (symptoms) . Just waking up in the morning and not knowing how you're going to feel (good or bad) can cause your chakra to race, but it can also cause it to pump at the same time as your heart. You literally feel your  heart  pounding in the pit of your stomach. This is very common, and as I said, it's usually related to a lot of insecurity. At crucial moments in your life (it can be every day) when you get nervous, for example, meeting a guy you like, that nervousness will make your heart and your solar plexus beat faster and in unison.

You're a Reiki Master, you tell me, so use the SEI-HE-KI energies when treating your Solar Plexus, but only those energies that are specific to this chakra. Forget about CHO-KU-REI and DAI-KO-MYO when treating your Solar Plexus.

Rosemary and lemon oil helps strengthen the chakra and smooth out any blockages you may have in it, so they can be released more quickly when you heal.
