Born to love and be loved

He who loves is also happy because sharing love is happiness

Love and loving are an Art and a Science that can be learned (in fact, the Tinerfe Healing System school teaches how to love). No special talents are needed to learn to love, but a predisposition to want to love, to heal. Really all the world healing methods are based on the channeling of the divine energies of love.

Love does not really heal, but rather restores the natural balance to the human soul, which should have always lived in love, in its natural habitat. The absence of love is what makes you sick. Love and loving is natural (it should be).

Imbalanced Sacral Chakra and Negative Energies

Jealousy, Envy, Resentment, Rage Predispose you to Anger

The Person with the Balanced Sacrum does not Get Frustrated or Angry

Irritability and bad mood are always due to energy blockages or imbalances in the major chakra called Sacrum or Sacral.

The Sacral Chakra is blocked and unbalanced due to frustrations, disappointments, impotence of not being able to do anything about it, that the situation got out of hand without achieving the desired result and not being able to do anything to change it.

Anger, although it is a symptom of the same frustration, unbalances the Sacral Chakra even more, causing more irritability and bad mood. A vicious circle is created from which one cannot get out, since anger (due to imbalances in the Sacral Chakra) further unbalances said chakra (causing more anger).

Sexual Fantasies usually end in Frustration and Impotence

Happiness or Frustration?

Do not expect anything from anyone and you will never be disappointed

A balanced Sacral chakra is one whose energies are kept in balance thanks to its active sexual and creative energies, in a healthy and harmonious way. In other words, it could be said that people who keep their chakra balanced are those who feel both sexually satisfied and creatively satisfied, that is, completely fulfilled.

Emphasize that a fulfilled person is a happy person, proud of having created her life as she wanted and of maintaining it in those circumstances.

Selfless Love does not Frustrate, but Fulfills and makes Happy

Actually, the total or complete solution to not get frustrated and never get angry, is to "always act with love". Love, if it is true love, is selfless, that is, nothing is expected of anyone. People who "love", expecting reciprocal love, are not loving, but are "opening the door" through which frustration and anger will enter.

Love yourself, love others, and love God, and you will keep your Sacral chakra fully balanced. Don't do anything for yourself, or for others. Do everything for God and for God.
